The certificate is awarded to professionals who are characterised by an excellent reputation and cooperation between clients and partners.
The ‘High Reliability Company’ certificate has been on the market since 2013. The project was initiated by Rybnik company CBOK Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., after noticing that the Internet and rapidly evolving technology is interfering and clearly changing existing business models and therefore consumer behaviour and reactions. This means that customers have access to a range of information about any product, service, company or institution and are looking for new, relevant information about the companies they use.They often want to know if a company is trustworthy. To this end, mobile device users spend much of their time online, reading about the companies they are interested in. As a result of this information, the company from Rybnik came up with the idea of enabling customers and business owners to create a common dialogue. After conducting appropriate expert surveys, an innovative and proprietary research methodology was created, which allowed – based on the created algorithm – to determine the so-called Rate Opinion.CBOK Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. conducted an examination of a specific business entity on the basis of specialised software, created by the company in Rybnik, according to the aforementioned algorithm. At present, no other institution the company conducts analyses using this type of methodology. In a little over a year, the ‘High Reliability Company’ certificate has become a very popular and respected distinction among businessmen and clients. It has become one of the most popular certificates issued in Poland.
The Opinion Rate is a numerical value generated by a special algorithm, which reflects the number of negative opinions about a company, which are published online by its customers. Each entity is checked by specially designed software for the presence of so-called sensitive phrases – words that negatively describe the activity of a given company. These can be terms that depict unreliability, as well as other characteristics that reduce the company’s preference.After verification of the Analytical Quota – if there is a positive result – the company is given the opportunity to participate in the ‘High Reliability Company’ project. A negative result disqualifies the company for the entire year of the current issue. A positive verification of a specific company based on the Opinion Rate gives the opportunity to receive the ‘High Reliability Company’ certificate and therefore to participate in the project. In case of a positive survey result, the participant is informed of this fact by phone – by one of our consultants (Beautiful Company). The ‘High Reliability Company’ Certificate is a document that proves the good image of the company on the Internet. Only companies that our system found no negative reviews can receive it. It also, to some extent, reflects customer satisfaction.
